BlueinHouse (“we”, “our”, “us”) is operated by BLUEGATOR LLC, and we are committed to delivering your orders promptly and securely within the United States.

Shipping Method

We currently offer Standard Shipping for all orders within the United States.

All items at BlueinHouse are made-to-order with care and attention to detail.
Processing and delivery times vary depending on the production method:

Please Note:

  • More than 97% of packages will arrive on schedule. However, there are occasional instances where a delay in delivery time is caused by severe weather conditions, an incorrect address. Do not hesitate to contact us if you find yourself in this situation.
  • External Delays: Once shipped, unforeseen delays (e.g., severe weather, carrier issues) may occur beyond our control.
  • For modification orders, the production time is expanded 1-2 days.
  • A tracking will be emailed to your email when your order is prepared to be dispatched so you can track it all the way to your house.
  • Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect or missing information, we may be required to contact you for an update on the delivery information, which can cause delays in delivering your order.
  • Please fill in your address in all details, otherwise, the package we mail to you will be returned to us.

Most packages (97%) arrive on time. Orders sometimes show up after the estimated delivery date, possible reasons for late delivery include the following:

  • Incorrect address
  • Missing apartment, building, floor, or unit number
  • Severe weather conditions

If you did not receive your package as promptly as our website stated, we will give RESEND OR REFUND per your asking. Please email us at [email protected] and we’ll make it right!

Customs policies vary widely, and some countries don’t charge import fees for shipments but some others will. Tax is not included in the price on our website, which means you may be liable to pay for duties and taxes once you receive your order. Import taxes, duties, and related customs fees may be charged once your order arrives at its final destination, which is determined by your local customs office.

Order Processing

Business Days & Holidays

We process orders Monday to Friday (EST). Orders are not processed on major U.S. postal holidays, including: New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day

Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed after 5:00 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the following business day.

 

Shipping Carriers

Shipping carriers used include USPS, DHL, EMS, and local postal services.

Orders are processed when the payment is accepted.

 

Order Tracking

After your payment is confirmed, you will receive an Order Confirmation EmailWithin 1–2 business days, a Tracking Email will be sent once your order is ready for dispatch. After 1-2 days of processing, you will receive a notification about the order tracking (you can check the tracking by going to Order tracking

Please allow up to 48 hours for the carrier to update tracking information after shipment . If tracking information is not available, it means the carrier has not yet processed your parcel. Tracking details will become visible once the parcel is scanned.

Shipping Address Accuracy & Delivery Issues

Customer Responsibility:
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate at checkout. BlueinHouse is not responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Incorrect/Undeliverable Address:
If the order cannot be redelivered and remains unclaimed, it may be returned to our warehouse and considered abandoned after 30 days.

Forwarding/Redirection:
If you request your package to be forwarded or redirected after it has shipped, BlueinHouse is not responsible for any loss, theft, or damage that may occur.

Special Orders & Customization

Customized or made-to-order products may require additional processing time depending on complexity. Any significant extensions will be communicated to you by our support team.

Shipping Limitations

We currently do NOT ship to the following:

  • Alaska
  • Hawaii
  • Puerto Rico
  • Guam
  • U.S. Virgin Islands
  • APO/FPO addresses
  • Any international destinations outside the Continental United States
